Really like how you put this here, Ryan, especially how true resilience acknowledges the struggle in it all.

That distinction between performing resilience and practicing it is one I've thought about a lot. The performed version often gets more recognition — it reads as strength in the moment. The quiet kind rarely announces itself, which is partly why it's harder to sustain.
